RECIPE for Hot Spiced Milk -1 Tbsp. molasses -1 cup milk -dash of allspice -dash of cinnamon -nutmeg Place molasses, milk, allspice and cinnamon in a saucepan and heat thoroughly. Pour into a cup and sprinkle with nutmeg.
