Rustichella Tonnarelli di Peperoncino Pasta is a unique pasta that brings a touch of heat to any pasta dish. This tonnarelli, which is much like a slightly thinner spaghetti, is made with hot and sweet red pepper purées. This brings a mild yet lingering heat to every bite, which enhances the flavors of the other ingredients in the meal. Tonnarelli di Peperoncino also features a red-orange color which adds inviting color to your dish and makes it easy to achieve impressive plating for everything from simple weekday meals to elegant dinner parties.

One of the most popular pairings with this pepperoncini pepper pasta is seafood, particularly shellfish. With so much flavor in the pasta itself, you can add a simple sauce of olive oil, garlic, peppers, and an Italian fish sauce called colatura di alici. This is also the perfect tonnarelli pasta for pairing with an arrabbiata sauce. Balance out the heat with a touch of cream and tomatoes. A product of Italy.
