These savory cheese coins have the perfect balance of cheese and butter, along with enough flour to keep them crumbly. An instant classic with a martini or a glass of wine! Rustic Bakery prides itself on baking with all organic ingredients to produce truly delicious and natural products. From their bakery in Marin County, just over the Golden Gate Bridge, they produce artisan crackers and breads to complement equally excellent food. They bake everything by hand, creating recipes that are low in fat and full of nutrients.

Original Recipe(Spicy Three Cheese): A blend of three cheeses: Fiscalini Farms cheddar, aged Gruyere and Parmigiano Reggiano to make these savory cookies. These crunchy cracker coins are crafted from a mix of local cheddar, nutty parmesan and asiago cheese. A smattering of cayenne and red pepper flakes adds a welcome kick, helping balance out all of that rich and buttery flavor.   Made in California USA.
