Roka Gouda Cheese Crispies, Imported from Holland, 2.46 oz Bag, Case of 8 Bags.  Authentic Dutch Cheese Crispies from ROKA.  These cheese biscuits are made to the original recipe from 1949, by the Dutch patissier Jo Roodenrijs, the founder of ROKA. They are made with refined puff-pastry (90 layers), 30% carefully matured old Gouda cheese and other high-quality ingredients, offering an intense and dominant cheese taste that melts on the tongue.
