Recipe for Key Lime PIe

Key lime pie lovers will love this quick and delicious pie. 


 3 egg yolks, beaten 

1 can (300 mL) sweetened condensed milk 

? cup (75 mL) ReaLime® Lime Juice

 2 drops green food coloring (optional)

 1 (9-inch/23 cm) prepared Graham cracker pie crust

 2 cups (500 mL) whipping cream or frozen whipped topping, thawed

 DIRECTIONS: Whisk together egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk, ReaLime® juice and food coloring, if desired. Pour into prepared pie crust. Bake in preheated 325°F (160°C) oven for 30 minutes. Cool completely. Chill for 1 to 2 hours. Serve topped with whipped cream or whipped topping. Garnish as desired.

 Makes 8 servings.
