The recipe behind these fabulous cheese snacks goes back to 1949. What makes these delicate biscuits so unique, besides taste, is their texture: it takes 90 layers of cheese puff pastry to obtain that light and so enjoyable crunch.

Cheese Crispies Parmigiano Reggiano is a ROKA product which is made with 20% 24-month matured real Parmigiano Reggiano from Italy. One of the special characteristics of this variety of Cheese Crispies is the sweetish and aromatic taste. Of course you will also immediately recognize the crispiness which characterizes all ROKA products.

The recipe for this product has been developed together with the Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese Consorzio, which of course means that only real PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese is used in Cheese Crispies!
