Pons Vermouth Wine Vinegar, Case of Six 16.9 Oz(500ml) Glass Bottles.   Bittersweet Vermouth wine vinegar. A surprising vinegar made with wine infused with wormwood, bay leaf, rosemary and thyme, following traditional vermouth methods. An amazing vinegar that will delight your appetizers, especially when enjoying with potato chip, fish, steamed mussels, clams, cockles, mushroom salads and legume salads. 

This bittersweet tasting wine vinegar is made in Catalonia, one of the most famous Vermouth producing areas in the world. Pons Vermouth Wine Vinegar is flavored with the herbs typically found in Vermouth, such as laurel, rosemary or thyme.  A product of Spain.

Powerful on the palate, it is slightly bitter with an exotic aroma. Recommended for vinaigrette, marinades, salad, fish, and desserts.
