Ortiz Anchovy Fillets in Olive Oil, 450g Tin. ( aprox 67-75 fillets per tin)Once they have fully matured, Ortiz fillet the anchovies one by one using a knife and pack them carefully by hand in olive oil. Thanks to this meticulous preparation process, the anchovies have a compact texture and intense flavor.  A product of Spain.  

Ortiz Anchovies are carefully prepared and filleted, one by one, and are caught during the spring fishing season and freshly processed in order to maintain their full flavor. They are then aged in barrels with salt for a minimum period of 6 months. Once at their best point of maturity, they are hand-filleted one at a time and then packed in olive oil or salted. Anchovies from the Engraulis encrasicholus species are the most popular in the world. Thanks to this careful traditional preparation process, Ortiz produces a premium anchovy with a compact flesh and rich flavor.
