It's a simple way to make great dips like Spinach Dip or Spinach and Artichoke Dip, or add extra savory flavor to your family's favorite recipes.  This soup base is made with carrots, onions, tomatoes, leeks and green peas, so it's a great base for all kinds of soups. Just add meat and vegetables.

 Each package makes 4 cups of soup and cooks in 20 minutes. It's also ideal to use as a dip mix. Simply mix it with sour cream, mayonnaise or cream cheese for a great side dish to enjoy with veggies, chips or crackers. As part of a main course, the possibilities are endless, from jazzed up chicken breasts to homemade pizza and roasted veggies. Recipe Idea: Knorr Famous Spinach Dip
Makes: 4 Cups

Prep time: 10 minutes

Chill Time: 120 minutes

Ingredients
1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, cooked, cooled, and squeezed dry
1 container (16 ounces) sour cream
1 cup Hellmann's or Best Foods Real Mayonnaise
1 package Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix
1 can (240 milliliters) water chestnuts, drained and chopped (optional)
3 green onions, chopped (optional)
Directions
Combine all ingredients and chill about 2 hours. Serve with your favorite dippers to your favorite people.
Serving idea: Hollow out cucumber slices and cherry tomatoes. Fill vegetables with Knorr Spinach Dip and garnish with a sprig of dill.
